W.R. Metalarts are an ethical and conscious jewelry brand based in Vermont. Not only are their pieces of jewelry incredibly beautiful, they also set the bar high for authentic client-maker relationships and sourcing that promotes fair wages, safe conditions, and supports local economies.
I worked together with this incredibly talented team to redesign their brand identity, focusing on their core values, craftsmanship and client focused business. Creating custom logos, illustrations and icons and a more dynamic typography system and colour palette which aligned with their ethical and sustainable practices and values.
Following the brand redesign we moved on to their full Shopify website re-design and development, creating unique and beautiful touch points to highlight the stunning pieces of jewelry created by W.R. Metalarts. The creation of engaging, interactive and dynamic web pages and product pages to allow the customer to add customisations and choose all options available was something we were very proud to achieve with the brand. The brand has a loyal following of customers who repeat purchase jewellery items created by the brand. Therefore another central approach was to highlight customer reviews and experiences on their homepage, as well as the brands ethics and values around building authentic client-maker relationships.
